We'll use these to assess the job and provide a firm quote — no visit required for locations 30–45 minutes away.

We clean and prep the surface, make any necessary repairs (chips, cracks, rust), apply a bonding agent, then spray a professional-grade finish coat. The full process takes a few hours on-site. Bathtubs and tile are ready to use in 24 hours; cabinets are complete in 3–5 days.

Yes — two things to be aware of:

• Dust: We sand the surface before refinishing to ensure proper adhesion. This generates dust in the work area. We take precautions to contain it, but you should expect some dust in and around the room.
• Fumes: Refinishing coatings produce fumes during application and while curing. You'll need to vacate the room during service and for a period after. Adequate ventilation is required — an operable window or exterior door within 20 feet of the surface, a working light source, and access to power. We will not begin work if ventilation requirements can't be met.

Wood surfaces and grab bars cannot be refinished. Surfaces with severe structural damage, deep through-cracks, or significant mold behind the surface are also not candidates. We'll tell you honestly during the estimate if refinishing isn't the right solution for your project.

Absolutely — color changes are one of the most popular reasons customers choose refinishing. You can select any color from the Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore color suites. Bring a chip, share a paint code, or pick from our samples on-site. Most colors are available through our distributor.

Clean with Dawn dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge, twice a week. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, and harsh chemicals — these will damage the finish. For bathtubs and showers, use non-slip mats without suction cups; suction cups can lift the finish over time.

Failure to follow these care recommendations may void your warranty.

With proper care following our recommended protocol, refinished surfaces last 10 or more years.

• Owner-occupied residential refinishing (bathtubs, showers, tile): 5-year warranty
• Cabinet refinishing (vanity & kitchen): 1-year warranty
• Rental properties & commercial work: 1-year warranty

All warranties require following our care protocol. Failure to do so may void coverage.
